Gambling raid shuts down internet center
Does this raid fall into a "gray area" in the UIGEA law? My thoughts were that the law included, banks and other financial instutions.

It seems to me that all there is is gray areas i mean they cant get a set of regulations right then why are they even meeting in the first place and when are they ever going to agree to get them right there is someone always going to say something is not right and nothing will ever get passed
