Guess we are just going to have to wait and see how this one is

Im wondering if this has anything to do with the WTO ruling? I would have thought that the bandwith thing would have been a problem all along, but with wording in there to the effect of "patents" etc has me wondering now what is really happening with this.

It looks to me as if someone may have been using programming
that is held under patent by someone else. It may be possible thet
these companies were unaware that they were doing anything wrong.
There was a dispute with Bodog and first technologies over the same
issue. They all revolve around domains. I am confused here are we
talking about misuse of a domain or a patent violation.
