Two player game.

When playing spades with two players you begin by shuffling your deck and setting it bettween you. Each of you will draw cards. If you want the card keep it if not put it face down.

This continues until there are no more cards and each of you has thirteen each. You then each bid on tricks and game play and scoring goes on as normal.

I have never tried to play with only two players. This could be fun and a great game for you and you friend or mate when you have no one else to play with.

I have played spades like that. It is great fun and great competition for the 2! You can add different things to do for the loser..LOL Like I said great fun!
