Spades Video

A couple of times I have tried to learn how to play spades, though I never played it enough to really understand the game enough to actually be comfortable to sit down and play.

I decided that I would see if I could find some intructions on how to play the game and this video I found has helped me alot in understanding how the game is played.

I am hoping to give what I have learned from it a try the next time my family or friends decide to sit down and play a game of spades.

Another thing that I never learned in the game of spades was how the scoring of points went.

I just hope that this video is accurate in the instructions on how to play, so that when I do attempt to sit down and play with friends and family, I dont end up looking like a goober,LOL. I do that well enough all on my own with out help,LOL.

I have watched alot of people sit down to play this game and they always seems to have alot of fun playing, and I think it would be nice to be able to sit down and join in on all the fun.

If anyone has any tips or some pointers for me please let me know. The more I know about the game and how to play, the better off I am going to be.

I remember playing this years ago when my mother taught us how to play many different card games.

I forgot about the reneging rule, although I know you have to throw the same suit or if you get caught you get points against your team.

Now I know, it's three books if you get caught throwing off suits during a spades game.

I am glad that this all brought back some memories for you and a reminder about the rules.

I personally am in the process of learning how to play the game and I keep getting myself confused and I come back to watch the video again.....

Think these videos can wear out after a while.....ROFL.

It is taking me some time, but I am slowly learning the game, and I am looking forward to playing several members of my family.

This is one game that is a family favorite, though at that time I just wasnt into it enough to learn. Now I am and I am going to learn, get good and whip some booty when I do finally play!

I am glad that people are nice enough to make these types of videos, so that people like me can learn more about games with out having to just jump right in and figure it all out on your own.
