Bingo Win Refused

This is sad to say, but there is a friend of mine who recently won a good bit of money playing online bingo, and now is being told that he didnt actually win.

He was there at his computer playing when he won, and a few moments later recieved an email congradulating him on his win and telling him the amount which he won. There was also a number to call to claim the money, though whe he called they said that he didnt actually win anything and that it had been a mistake on his part.

Of course we know better. I know he told me the name of the bingo site he was at, but now for the life of me I cant think of it and I have tried to contact him to find out but havent been able to so far.

I do know that he does have a picture of his win, as well as he still has the email which he recieved reguarding his win.

I also knows that he does plan on fighting this, and I am sure that he will be successful.

It is just sad that things like this are happening to people. There are just way to many people out there who have won something or other and then are told that its a mistake and are given nothing at all.

These people really see alot of their hopes and dreams of a better future go down the drain when they recieve word that they wont be getting a dime and that the money they were counting on is no longer going to happen.

Its just not at all right, and I think there should be a law which states that if there is a win of any kind the online site or landbased site must pay what ever amount is said to have been won!!

Tell us what site they were playing at please. We can not advise you what to tell him to do unless we know what site he was playing at.
