L.A. Poker Classic

The L.A. poker classic is scheduled to run from January 22 to March 2nd. This event features a Texas Hold-em Tournament. The winners of a few specialy chosen events will win seats in a tournament of their choosing. The seats are valued at ten thousand dollars.

This should be an interesting event. This year there will be a total of thirty five events so there could be more winners. I wish that I could go but I can afford to stay for three months.

It would be worth it however just to watch the game play as it happens and to see who the big winners are going to be as it happens. You have to love these big events they make poker a sport for those of us who don't do sports.

I love watching these big poker tournaments. They are so exciting! I'd love to be able to watch one in person, but watching some of them on television is probably the closest I'll ever get.

same here!! i wish i could play in one, but i do not know enough to even think about trying....but who knows, there is thing called "beginners luck" lolllll
