19 Year Old Won PokerStars Caribbean Adventure

How about this. 19 year old Harrison "gibler321" Gimbel won the Pokerstars Caribbean Adventure Main Event. He won the $2.2 million dollar first place prize and is the youngest ever PCA champion.

This teenager is pretty experienced in the world of poker. He has several other large wins under his belt already. He won the 2009 Florida State Poker Championships for $67,860. He has won some serious money in online tournament as well such as $47,000 prize for finishing sixth in the PokerStars Sunday Million online tournament in November.

"I'm so excited," he said. "It's been a really good day. It feels amazing. I've always wanted to win a major tournament and luckily I have accomplished it on one of my very first ones. A lot of these players were very good but I had a lot of confidence in myself coming into today and it really showed. I'm now going car shopping!"

That is fantastic!! They are getting younger and younger all the time. This is the second big winner I have seen the other was 22 I think, if I remember correctly.

I can't even imagine what I would have done with that kind of money at the age of 19.I wonder if I would have thought about my education,a home for myself or anything responsible like that.

Or if I would have invested some for later and took some and gambled all around the world,while getting to see all the different sights and experience going to all the interesting places that you hear about on television.

Well the world will never know what I would have done with the money,had I have won it,but I know that my family and myself would have enjoyed it.

Way to go Harrison!

I bet while he was growing up he was busy playing poker on his computer, while all his friends were playing online shooting games.

The best way to become the best at anything, is by a lot of practice, and I'm sure this young man has had his fill of that (but probably not enough poker, yet).
